This Bristol native’s career history has allowed him to hone his hospitality and food service industry skills for many years. As a result, Andrew has established bistro on 6th as a Bristol dining destination where you’ll experience fantastic food and gracious service.

Ben Phillips

Chef

Growing up in Chattanooga, Chef Ben Phillips found his culinary passion at a young age, cooking alongside his mom and grandmothers. Always excited about the goodness of food, both in nutrients and taste, Chef Ben has developed his skills at the right hand of great chefs Rick Wright, Eric Neil, Kenyatta Ashford, and Josh Bonee.  

When Ben was presented with the opportunity to be a part of bistro on 6th he saw it as a chance to show Northeast Tennessee a culinary experience like no other. Chef Ben strives to be innovative with each dish he creates while staying true to his culture to provide an unforgettable dining experience.
