Cold Food Prep
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meats and liquids
- Prepare fruit and vegetables for cooking
- Cut meats, poultry, and seafood and prepare them for cooking
- Mix ingredients for salads
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas
- Place food trays over food warmers for immediate service
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Line Cook
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plate and garnish dishes according to chefs’ instructions
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meats and liquids
- Prepare fruit and vegetables for cooking
- Cut meats, poultry, and seafood and prepare them for cooking
- Mix ingredients for salads
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas
- Place food trays over food warmers for immediate service
- Ability to use grinders, slicers, mixers, food processors and other heavy equipment used in food preparation.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices, standards, and health codes
Reliable transportation is preferred.


Dishwasher
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Clean food prep stations and equipment
- Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly
- Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
Server
Servers ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests from the time they sit down until they leave by bringing together warm hospitality with menu knowledge, suggestions, and following the steps of standard service.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Essential Duties Responsibilities:
- Be on time, in uniform, and prepared for your shifts
- Be familiar with all menu items, as well as beer on tap and updated seasonal menus
- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Accurately take orders and enter them into the point of sale system
- Food running
- Counting money and handling guests’ credit/debit cards
- Pre-bussing tables
- Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork
- Ensure guests have a good experience by informing a manager of any issues or policy violations that may hinder their experience or the staff’s work environment
